White Events is a creative event design and management studio, based in Perth and available for weddings and events throughout Western Australia.

We specialise in designing exceptional blank-canvas weddings that embody a timeless elegance with a modern twist.

Established in 2005, White Events has earned a reputation as Western Australia’s leading wedding and event design studio. Directed by industry expert, Lara White, our organic approach to planning, draws on over 20 years of experience, and sees us consistently transforming spaces to create events that are seamless from beginning to end.

Specialising in blank-canvas weddings, our style is best described as classic with a modern edge, and we pride ourselves on the versatility of the events we design, ensuring no two weddings will ever look the same.


From the creative Director

Events have always been my passion, ever since managing my first event in 1999, at just 20 years of age. What has followed has been an amazing journey through the world of events.

Having rolled out events across Australia, managed some of the country’s largest fundraisers, and created countless weddings and events, I consider myself to be a specialist in my field.

I am driven by the feeling that comes from the flawless finished product and thrive on seeing what was once just an idea, come to life through meticulous planning, and inspired design.

  • Events Coordinator

    Welcoming our clients to the White Events family and assisting Lara with design concept creation for each wedding are the main priorities of Ruby’s role.  As well as placing, and meticulously checking all orders, ensuring that we walk into every wedding, as prepared as we possibly can be.  Not to mention leading the event set-up team on the day.

    Ruby loves seeing how the designs of our weddings can be so different, creating weddings that are unique to each couple and seeing all the little elements come together to create the perfect finished product.

  • Operations Manager

    With many years of experience in managing events, and an already very well-established relationship with White Events, Hollie was the perfect person to take on the planning of our social and private events. With her wealth of industry knowledge, Hollie also assists in further developing our systems and procedures, to ensure that every single one of our events is as seamless as it can possibly be.

Our team would not be complete without the crew that put the weddings together on the day, from our highly-skilled and incredibly hard-working event day team to the amazing suppliers that we surround ourselves with. 

The effort that goes in behind the scenes to make our weddings seem effortless is extensive, from our floral designers to our lighting technicians, our hire suppliers to our cake makers, every single person involved in our weddings is crucial to ensuring our weddings are a success, which is why we work only with the best that our industry has to offer.
